Renovation and Restoration of Concrete Structures

One of the main activities of our company is the renovation and restoration of concrete structures, buildings, and facilities using low-pressure injection of a two-component mixture into cracks caused by external factors. The composition of the two-component mixture, the technology of its low-pressure injection (GIP), and the special injection machines used for this process are patented inventions of GETEK GmbH, whose official representatives include our company. This technology and its materials can be successfully used for both above-ground structures and underwater facilities. The work can be carried out without loss of quality in both low and high temperatures.
To ensure high quality and long-term effectiveness, GETEK GmbH has been continuously searching for innovative solutions for 20 years in the field of restoring the monolithic properties of concrete engineering structures.
In recent years, most of our work has focused on the repair and restoration of concrete railway sleepers and concrete electrical poles on Germany’s high-speed railways (Deutsche Bau).



Injection of Cracks with GETEK Epoxy Resin

According to experts and customer representatives, injecting cracks with GETEK epoxy resin under low pressure is currently the best and most effective method for restoring the monolithic properties of engineering structures. The tensile strength of the resin, which penetrates even the smallest and most remote ends of cracks during the injection process, is significantly higher than that of concrete. Whether it is wet or dry cracks in concrete, sensitive sandstone, granite bodies, or wood, the GETEK low-pressure injection process (GIP) is the ideal system for restoring the structure of buildings, facilities, and structures.


